AAM Media Signal Select Enhances Media Discovery and Planning with Independent Information
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (Jan. 22, 2025) – The Alliance for Audited Media (AAM), a not-for-profit media assurance provider, launched a solution to independently evaluate digital inventory. AAM Media Signal Select provides an impartial analysis of how digital inventory aligns with industry best practices for user experience, privacy, anti-fraud and site identity. The tool helps media buyers to make informed, efficient media planning decisions.

AAM worked with its media agency members to understand which signals were most important when evaluating digital media properties and how those signals align with evolving industry guidance.
Using a combination of automated processes and human review, AAM evaluates digital inventory for signals related to user experience, privacy and data security, anti-fraud and site identity. Through an easy-to-use interface, buyers can select their preferred signals to find premium media and develop inclusion lists. The solution identifies verified digital inventory that may be integrated into media buying platforms.
AAM Media Signal Select can also help media companies identify and better understand the signals that are important to buyers and how these signals may be impacting their revenue performance. Supply-side platforms (SSPs) and exchanges can also use the tool to identify and curate quality inventory.
This beta release includes over 1,000 media properties. The number of media properties included in AAM Media Signal Select is regularly updated and expanded to help buyers make decisions based on current, accurate data.
