AAM's Team

Tom Drouillard
CEO and Managing Director
Tom Drouillard oversees the entire AAM organization including digital and print auditing services, strategy, marketing, finance, human resources and business innovation in the U.S. and Canada. Under his leadership, AAM has grown its digital services, introduced new media-reporting tools and implemented a strategic focus on product development and client solutions that is founded on innovation.
Tom joined AAM in 2014 with more than 25 years of media and marketing experience. He was previously president and CEO of Scarborough Research (now Nielsen Local) and president of the Americas at Nielsen Online. He has held executive positions with Claritas, PERQ/HCI, Interactive Market Systems and SRDS. He holds a master’s in finance and bachelor’s in marketing from the University of Notre Dame.

Richard Murphy
President
Richard Murphy joined AAM in 2023 following the merger of AAM and BPA Worldwide. Previously, he was president and CEO of BPA. Throughout his more than 30 years with BPA, Rich has held executive leadership positions in several areas including technology assurance, auditing and accounting. A graduate of St. John's University, he is a licensed CPA in the state of New York and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Brian Condon
EVP, COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
Brian Condon focuses on providing AAM clients and partners with solutions to help them transact with trust and confidence. His responsibilities include marketing, business and industry development, and oversight of the organization’s sales team. Brian joined AAM with more than 20 years of experience in information services and most recently served as executive vice president of commercial development at Scarborough Research.

Ken Shultz
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, AUDITING
Ken Shultz has been providing verified metrics for more than 34 years for news, magazine, B2B and point-of-care media. As head of print auditing, he oversees the planning and execution of all print audit programs, ensuring that verified data reaches the market in a timely and cost-effective manner. He also works with industry leaders to set print verification standards and serves on the Point of Care Marketing Association (POCMA) Board of Directors and Verification and Validation Committee.

Teresa Perry
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT SOLUTIONS – COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
Teresa Perry leads AAM’s client solutions and sales operations team to develop strategies to support client needs and maintain client relationships through sales support, education and training. She joined AAM in 1989 as a field auditor and has held various leadership roles including senior vice president of audit and report processing services. Teresa is the staff liaison to the AAM Periodical Committee of the Board of Directors.

Steve Guenther
VICE PRESIDENT, DIGITAL AUDITING
Steve Guenther has more than 35 years of experience in compliance, operational and information systems auditing in traditional and digital media. He has helped develop many of today’s key digital standards and practices through organizations such as the IAB, MRC, TAG and PoC3. As head of digital auditing, Steve oversees AAM’s Digital Publisher Audits, and certifications of ad tech platforms and point-of-care media. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Kristina Meinig
Vice President, Market Development
Kristina Meinig has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and product development. In these roles, she has helped develop and launch the AAM Digital Publisher Audit and led initiatives to increase media transparency in the industry by establishing partnerships with leading organizations. Her current focus is to bring greater awareness to AAM’s digital assurance solutions and work with AAM’s board members and clients to strengthen trust between buyers and sellers.

Danielle O'Connell
Vice President, Client Development
Danielle O’Connell works with AAM’s magazine, B2B/farm and point-of-care media clients as well as AAM’s agency partners. Prior to her current role, she worked at media organizations including Waiting Room Subscription Services (WRSS), Martha Stewart Living and National Review. Danielle’s current focus is helping AAM clients navigate industry changes and introducing them to programs and partnerships that help them gain greater exposure for their quality work.

Kevin Rehberg
VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT DEVELOPMENT
Kevin Rehberg joined AAM in 1999 and has held several roles in auditing, readership verification, product and client development. He helps news media organizations leverage their audited data to better reach advertisers. Kevin advocates for media transparency and feels any part he can play in helping local media companies reach media buyers is highly rewarding.

Sandi Licking
TRAINING MANAGER, CLIENT SOLUTIONS
Sandi Licking provides training and support to help AAM clients maximize the benefits of AAM’s solutions and enhance relationships with their media partners. With more than 20 years of experience serving the needs of the media industry and AAM clients, Sandi understands the ins and outs of media, circulation and AAM’s products, services, rules and reporting formats.

Chad Jaennette
SENIOR AUDIT MANAGER
Chad Jaennette has held various roles in his nearly 20 years at AAM including periodical auditor, publisher relations manager and audit manager. He manages a team out of the CDS Group in Des Moines, Iowa, where he assists magazine clients with all aspects of the audit process. Chad enjoys being part of the ever-changing media landscape and working with clients across the industry.

Matt Walsh
SENIOR AUDIT MANAGER
Matt Walsh has spent more than 20 years at AAM performing print audits for news and magazine media. As senior audit manager, he works closely with clients to provide unique audit solutions through a variety of print media channels, including point of care.

Sarah Walsh
SENIOR AUDIT MANAGER
Sarah Walsh joined AAM in 2000 and currently manages audits in every division in the U.S. and Canada—magazine, B2B, news and point-of-care media. She works directly with clients to answer questions regarding rule interpretations, policies and audits. Sarah values getting to know clients to help them maximize their partnership with AAM and communicate their needs to the industry.
