CERTIFICATION PROCESS
How platform and compliance certifications work.
While each engagement is customized depending on the unique standards of the certification program, the AAM process includes four basic steps.
Consultation
AAM meets with your organization to determine the scope of your review, discuss what documentation is needed and provides an overall explanation of the process and timing.
Collaboration
AAM collects evidence to support the certification including interviews with subject matter experts, process demonstrations, testing and additional evidence gathering. During this phase, we will meet with your team via video calls to answer questions and facilitate the process.
Review
Includes gathering data and other records to complete the certification and review of these materials.
Report
AAM provides a comprehensive management report indicating compliance to the industry program including recommendations for improvement, if necessary. Upon successful completion, AAM provides the certifying body with its report and independent attestations.
