COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. and SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (September 24, 2026) – Graven, Austin & Drake, Inc. (GAD), a leader in subscriber acquisition and engagement solutions, has achieved recertification through the Alliance for Audited Media’s (AAM) Certified Partner Program. The certification recognizes GAD’s continued commitment to supporting publishers with accurate audience qualification, audit transparency and streamlined processes.
“Publishers rely on us to help them connect with their audiences and collect accurate data across multiple channels,” said Jason Graven, vice president of sales and marketing at GAD. “Our AAM certification gives clients added confidence that the processes behind that work have been independently reviewed and meet industry standards. It’s an important part of the value we provide as we continue to evolve our services to meet publishers’ needs.”
GAD has worked with publishers for more than three decades, providing subscriber acquisition and engagement services through voice, email, chat and SMS. As publishers expand the ways they communicate with audiences, GAD’s multichannel approach provides flexible options for reaching readers while supporting audience qualification and audit requirements.
“Certified partners like GAD play an important role in helping publishers acquire, process and report trusted audience data,” said Richard Murphy, AAM’s CEO, president and managing director. “Independent certification elevates publisher confidence in the partners they rely on, while also helping streamline the AAM audit process. GAD’s recertification demonstrates its continued commitment to meeting those expectations.”
To achieve recertification, AAM conducted a detailed review of GAD’s processes, policies and systems related to data acquisition, record access, reporting, quality control and other key operational areas. All were found to meet or exceed AAM’s standards for certification.
AAM accepts audited data directly from certified partners, helping publishers save time during the audit process while providing greater transparency and assurance around the data used for audience reporting.
