The platform achieved recertification after an independent review of its digital and mobile advertising systems

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. and NEW YORK (August 14, 2024) – Populus Health Technologies, a leader in virtual care marketing, has achieved recertification of its Virtual Care Digital Advertising Platform (Virtual Waiting Room) from the Point of Care Marketing Association (POCMA) following an independent review by the Alliance for Audited Media (AAM).

“Populus is proud to achieve recertification from POCMA for our virtual care platform,” said Ray Rotolo, co-founder and chief product officer of Populus Health Technologies. “The certification showcases our commitment to providing the highest quality ad environment to help advertisers reach consumers and healthcare practitioners with the right message at the right moment.”

“Certifications are the gold standard for credibility in the industry and demonstrate proven compliance with top-tier best practices and rigorous verification processes,” said Nicole Divinagracia, POCMA president. “This achievement signifies Populus’ commitment to quality and excellence.”

AAM’s independent review verified that Populus’ platform adheres to POCMA’s Verification and Validation Guidance, as well as industry standards for digital display, video and mobile web advertising measurement.

“We are proud to work with Populus to provide a rigorous review of their telehealth and virtual care advertising platform,” said Richard Murphy, AAM president. “The recertification marks another milestone in Populus’ ongoing commitment to providing trust and transparency for their clients.”

Populus’s platform was first certified in 2023 and must be re-evaluated yearly to maintain certification. AAM is the approved auditor for POCMA’s certification program.
