Bylaws and Rules

AAM bylaws and rules are the framework for publishers’ media audits.

AAM’s bylaws and rules are determined by the organization’s key stakeholders and intended to help bring trust and transparency to the ever-changing process of media buying and selling.

Throughout the year AAM’s board of directors and more than 200 advisory committee members meet to discuss how AAM can help address industry trends and concerns. From these discussions, AAM updates its bylaws and rules to ensure that its media audits reflect and keep pace with new developments in the industry.
