Bylaws & Rules

AAM is a self-governing membership organization for media owners and buyers. With input from more than 200 advisory committee members, the AAM board of directors meets two times per year (with multiple interim teleconferences) to determine the bylaws and rules that are the framework for AAM media audits.

In this section, you’ll find the complete set of AAM bylaws and rules as well as AAM policies and updates from each board meeting. The bylaws and rules are updated regularly to reflect the decisions made at each board meeting.
